Frank Fleischer, Candidate for Ohio House of Representatives, 97th District, was Administrator with the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities responsible for the Older Ohioans Behavioral Health Network. This responsibility included the collaboration with physical and behavioral health with the aging systems of care for older Ohioans.
Before that Frank had been involved with the Ohio Department of Mental Health as an administrator including being CEO of Woodside Hospital in Youngstown, Fallsview Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, and Heartland Behavioral Healthcare in Massillon. He also was psychiatric and recruitment coordinator for genetic family research projects for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Frank has a B.A. in Political Science from Marietta College.
Frank has a M.A. in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
Frank was a volunteer for We Are Ohio in five counties in Southeastern Ohio.
